Access publishes a written warranty on its own site: 12 months on standard fixtures, 36 months on ENERGY STAR-listed products using LED bulbs, and 60 months on products with dedicated solid-state LEDs. Notably, outdoor products in the Marine-Grade finish also carry 60 months, which is the longest coverage in the line and the reason the marine-grade options are worth the upcharge on a waterfront job.
Where it gets used
Access is used heavily in multi-family and hospitality corridors, kitchens and baths in production and renovation housing, and exterior wall and step lighting on condominium and townhome projects. The commercial-facing options (ADA-compliant sconces, emergency and battery-backup versions, motion-sensor exteriors) make it viable for light commercial as well as residential. In coastal Florida the outdoor range is the practical draw, because Access filters product by Marine Grade, Dark Sky and Turtle Lighting.
