Ledra Brands publishes its warranty directly: five years from shipment on LED fixtures and one year on non-LED (halogen, fluorescent, HID) product, valid where ambient temperature does not exceed 40°C. Claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of discovering the defect, which is tighter than most, so keep the paperwork.
Where it gets used
Bruck shows up in retail and gallery display lighting, restaurant and hotel interiors, high-end kitchens with monorail over an island, and cove and undercabinet runs where the fixture is meant to disappear. The Motolux motorized heads suit tall ceilings where re-aiming from a ladder is impractical. The Skyline catenary system is for exterior courtyards, patios and outdoor dining.
Specifying notes
The 40°C ambient limit in the warranty is worth reading twice before specifying an enclosed or unventilated location in a hot climate. Warm-dim and tunable-white versions need a compatible driver and control, so confirm the dimmer and the protocol together rather than assuming a standard forward-phase dimmer will work. Field-cuttable track means the run has to be measured on site; ordering off a plan and cutting later is the usual workflow.
