Crystorama is a second-generation family-owned decorative lighting company that started in crystal chandeliers and now spans pendants, linear fixtures, flush and semi-flush mounts, sconces, bath vanities and mirrors. The catalog is large — well over a hundred named collections — and covers traditional crystal, art glass, natural materials and vintage-inspired designs. It sells through independent lighting showrooms to designers and homeowners.

What you get for the money
Crystorama sits in the mid tier: real glass and crystal at price points below the European crystal houses, achieved through offshore manufacturing and a very wide SKU count. Crystorama's own general terms and conditions state a one-year warranty from date of shipment covering defects in materials and workmanship, with repair or replacement as the exclusive remedy. Two exclusions matter here: commercial applications are excluded, and outdoor fixtures showing natural aging, fading, patina or corrosion are not covered.
Where it gets used
Crystorama is a residential-first line: entry foyers, dining rooms, stairwells, primary bedrooms and bathrooms, plus the vintage-inspired and art-glass collections in kitchens and hallways. It also gets used in boutique hospitality, though the published warranty excludes commercial applications, so that is a specification decision to make with eyes open. The outdoor collections work for covered porches and entries.
Specifying notes
Collections are usually offered in several diameters, so pin the size down before ordering — Palla alone runs 13, 22 and 32 inches. The one-year warranty runs from date of shipment, not from installation, which is worth knowing on a build where fixtures are stored for months before they go up. For a coastal Florida job, note that Crystorama explicitly excludes corrosion and patina on outdoor fixtures from warranty coverage, so salt-air exposure is on the owner.

It is a mid-tier decorative line: real glass and crystal, family-owned since 1958, sold through independent showrooms. Crystorama warrants its products against defects for one year from date of shipment, which is standard for the tier but shorter than the LED warranties on more technical brands.
