What the Modern Forms range covers
Modern Forms is the design-led half of WAC Group, sitting alongside WAC Lighting, WAC Architectural and Schonbek. Two things dominate the line: smart ceiling fans, and contemporary architectural luminaires.
The 2026 smart fan range runs to nine families, in both downrod and flush-mount configurations: Bolo 62, Carve, Chill, Crown, Radiant, Size Matters, Skylark, Smooth 5 and Zephyr.
On the luminaire side the range covers pendants and mini pendants, chandeliers and flush mounts, bath and vanity, wall sconces, swing-arm and picture lights, and step lights. Outdoors it runs to sconces, pendants, flush mounts and post lights. Custom luminaires are available through the factory.

These are the nine families I quote from. Each is offered in a range of blade spans and finishes, in downrod and flush-mount configurations. I am not a stocking dealer for Modern Forms fans, so anything shown here is quoted and ordered to the job.

Warranty, and the coastal exception worth knowing
Modern Forms publishes the following terms. Indoor luminaires carry five years against defects in material and workmanship. Outdoor finishes carry two years, except stainless steel, which is warranted for life under normal use. On outdoor-rated ceiling fans the fan itself carries one year, the LED light module five years, and the DC motor a lifetime warranty.
The part that matters on a South Florida job: corrosion in coastal applications is treated by the factory as normal wear and is not covered by the finish warranty. Along most of the Broward and Miami-Dade coast that exclusion is live. Where salt air is a factor, specify the stainless steel finish, which is the one carrying the lifetime warranty. It is a far easier conversation before the order than after.
Warranty terms are the manufacturer’s and can change. These were checked against the Modern Forms published warranty on 31 August 2026. Ask me to confirm current terms before you rely on them for a submittal.
