It publishes a five-year warranty on its products, and describes its integrated LED fixtures as designed for 15 to 20 years of service life — which is a claim about design intent, not a warranty term, and worth reading that way. The value is that the same brand covers the recessed cans, the track, the tape, the undercabinet and the landscape lighting, all with published documentation, so a whole project can be coordinated on one order.

WAC is used across residential new construction and remodels, retail and small commercial, and hospitality. The landscape range — accent, wall wash, walkway, in-ground and underwater — is directly relevant to South Florida properties with pools, palms and outdoor living areas, and underwater fixtures are a category most decorative brands do not touch. Specifying notes
Confirm the wet or damp listing per catalog number for anything exterior — WAC publishes indoor and outdoor tape as separate ranges, and landscape and underwater fixtures have their own ratings that do not transfer to the general outdoor line. Landscape work is low voltage: size the transformer against total connected load and run length, and account for voltage drop on long runs, which is where most landscape installs go wrong.
