Release and lead times
We hold the release until you are ready, then track every line. If a factory date moves you hear it from us early, not from the site.
Staging and phased delivery
Product lands with us, gets checked against the schedule and ships to site by floor, building or phase. You are not storing pallets you cannot install yet.
Punch list and warranty
Damaged, wrong-finish or dead-on-arrival fixtures get handled with the factory. We keep the job file, so a replacement two years out is one phone call.

Before you send the drawings
Can you price a specification that is already written?
Yes. Send the fixture schedule exactly as it stands. We price what is specified first, then flag anything discontinued, back-ordered or available for materially less through a different line — and you decide.
What if a specified fixture is discontinued?
We match it to a current equivalent and show you what changes. Ownership in this industry turns over constantly, so a name on a two-year-old schedule often now sits under a different manufacturer. Our lighting manufacturer index tracks who owns what.
How fast can we get a number?
Most takeoffs come back within one business day. If you are up against a bid deadline, call the project desk at 786-395-1222 and say so — we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
Can you hold product until the site is ready?
Yes. Jobs slip. We stage the order here and release it to the site by floor, building or phase, so you are not paying to store fixtures in a trailer.
Do you ship outside South Florida?
We ship to all fifty states. The showroom and warehouse are in Hallandale Beach, which is where local pickup, staging and hand delivery are run from.
Do you handle landscape and site lighting?
Yes — it is one of our listed specialties. Path, uplight, hardscape and facade lighting for grounds, entries and amenity areas, quoted as part of the same package.

Four decades of South Florida commercial work. Every market below has its own failure mode, and knowing what it is beforehand is most of what a supplier is actually for.
Restaurants and hospitality
Dining rooms, bars, lobbies and guestrooms. Hospitality work lives or dies on two things: colour rendering flattering enough for food and faces, and fixtures that survive being cleaned every night by someone in a hurry. We supply decorative and architectural lines side by side, so the pendant over the bar and the downlight over the pass come from one order and one submittal set.

Landmark and renovation
Historic buildings, retrofits and restorations. The hard part is rarely the new fixture, it is matching what is already there when the original line was discontinued twenty years ago. We spend a lot of time identifying obsolete fixtures from a photograph and finding either the current equivalent or a replacement part that keeps the original in service.

Multifamily and condominium
Unit packages, corridors, lobbies and amenity decks. Multifamily is a volume and logistics problem as much as a specification one: the same fixture repeated three hundred times, delivered floor by floor as the trades move up the building. We stage and release in phases so the jobsite is not storing pallets it cannot install yet.

Retail and interiors
Build-out, offices and showrooms. Retail wants accent light that makes merchandise look worth the price, on a track system flexible enough to survive the next merchandising change. Offices want the opposite: even, low-glare light that people can sit under for eight hours. We carry both, plus the controls that let one building do both.

Landscape and site
Path, facade, in-grade and coastal work. On the water in South Florida, corrosion decides the specification long before aesthetics do. Marine-grade finishes, sealed fittings and the right transformer and wire sizing are what separate an installation that still works in five years from a service call every season.

Whole-home, spec and custom construction. One schedule covering every room, priced as a package, delivered when the electrician is ready rather than when the order was placed. For custom work we will sit with the designer and the owner on selections, and for spec work we will build a repeatable package that holds its price across a run of houses.

What contractors ask us first
Do you sell to homeowners, or only to the trade?
Both. Trade accounts get contract pricing and terms, and the project services on this page are built around contractors, builders and designers. Homeowners are welcome too, and a homeowner working directly with us on a renovation gets the same fixture knowledge, just without the trade pricing structure.
Can you match a fixture if the line has been discontinued?
Usually. It is one of the things we get asked most. Send a photograph and any label or catalogue number you can find, and we will identify what it was and tell you whether the manufacturer still makes an equivalent, whether a replacement part will keep the original in service, or whether the honest answer is that it needs replacing.
What do you need to price a job?
A fixture schedule and a set of drawings is ideal. A photograph and a rough count is enough to start. The more of the schedule that is filled in — quantities, catalogue numbers, finishes, colour temperature — the tighter the number comes back and the fewer rounds it takes.
Do you ship outside South Florida?
Yes. We are an authorized dealer for roughly ninety manufacturers that we can supply anywhere in the United States. A further group of commercial lines is territory-restricted to South Florida through our rep agencies, and for those we will tell you who holds your territory rather than leaving you to find out.
Do you handle submittals and spec compliance?
Yes. We assemble submittal packages against the specification, flag anything that will not comply before it becomes a problem at review, and propose substitutions with the documentation an architect needs to approve them.
