Each value is quoted from that maker’s own page or spec sheet; where a figure is not published, this page says so rather than filling it in.

Read this first
Three things that decide the job before the fixture does
A turtle-safe schedule fails inspection for reasons that have nothing to do with which amber fixture you picked. These three are worth settling before you filter anything below.
1. Every FWC certificate here has lapsed, and none can be renewed
FWC publishes that “Wildlife Lighting Certifications will be valid for 2 years from the date of issuance.” The certificates in this dataset were issued in 2018 and 2019, so they expired in 2020 and 2021.
FWC also publishes that “The Wildlife Lighting Certification Program will not open in Spring 2025 as previously scheduled.” Nobody can obtain or renew one right now.
So a “FWC Certified” badge on a 2026 spec sheet is a historical claim, not a live credential. Confirm acceptance with the reviewing city or county before the fixture is scheduled.
2. Palm Beach County is 570 nm, and most published language does not clearly meet it
Palm Beach County ULDC 14.A.9.C.1.d requires light “that measures greater than 570 nanometers” for coastal construction visible from the beach. That is ten nanometres above the state figure.
Only 16 of 41 models publish wavelength figures that clear 570 nm without contradicting themselves elsewhere. The state definition is also a two-part test — “560 nanometers or greater and absent wavelengths below 560 nanometers” — and a source can pass the first half and fail the tail.
3. Wavelength is one test of three; the other two are the installer’s
FWC’s rule is keep it low, keep it long, keep it shielded. “Fixtures must be mounted as low as possible” and the fixture “must be completely downward-directed.”
Yet only 4 of 41 models publish a maximum mounting height, and only 8 of 41 publish a shielding or cutoff statement at all. Specify a certified amber lamp, then pole-mount it high and unshielded in view of the dune, and it fails with a compliant product in the fixture.
Check the city before the county. Palm Beach County ULDC Article 14.A, Section 4.A: “incorporated areas that have a Sea Turtle Protection Ordinance (STPO) shall not be subject to the provisions of this Chapter that pertain to coastal lighting.” Where a coastal municipality has its own ordinance, that ordinance governs.

The wavelength verdict is mine, applied consistently: Clears 570 nm means every published figure for that model is 585 nm or above; Conflicting means the maker publishes both a high figure and a 560 nm floor for the same product; 560 nm floor only means the sole claim is “560 nm or higher,” which cannot be shown to clear Palm Beach.

Every value above is quoted from that manufacturer’s own published page or spec sheet. “Not published” means the figure does not appear in any live manufacturer document I could reach — it has not been estimated, inferred, or carried over from the white-light version of the same fixture.
What the catalogues do not answer
The two FWC tests no spec sheet in this dataset can settle
FWC applies three tests: keep it low, keep it long, keep it shielded. The manufacturers publish enough to argue the second one. They publish almost nothing on the other two.

This is not a criticism of the fixtures. It is what the published record does and does not contain, and it is why a beachfront schedule needs a factory letter rather than a badge.
Values no manufacturer in this dataset publishes at all: a general maximum mounting height; an FWC certificate issue date; a DLC listing for any amber model; and ASTM B117 salt-spray hours for the marine and coastal offerings that most need them.
Checked and found nothing
Lines I represent that publish no amber product
A finder that only lists hits is not much use for a coastal schedule — you also need to know which lines were checked and came back empty, so nobody spends a week chasing an option that does not exist.

A white CCT is not an amber claim. 2200 K is a warm white, not a narrow-spectrum amber with no output below 560 nm, and it should not be offered as a turtle-safe substitute.

Note on the state rule: 62B-55.005 through .008, the model standards themselves, were repealed effective 15 December 2020. Only 62B-55.002 Definitions, .003 Nesting Areas and .004 General Guidance remain in force. What binds your project is the ordinance the jurisdiction actually adopted, which is why the city comes before the county.

Turtle-safe lighting, answered honestly
Is any fixture on this page currently FWC certified?
No. Every certificate number in this dataset was issued in 2018 or 2019, and FWC publishes that certifications “will be valid for 2 years from the date of issuance.” FWC also publishes that its certification program “will not open in Spring 2025 as previously scheduled,” so no manufacturer can obtain or renew one at the moment. Treat a badge as history and get acceptance from the reviewing jurisdiction in writing.
Which models can I defend on a Palm Beach County job?
Palm Beach requires greater than 570 nm. 16 of the 41 models publish wavelength figures at or above 585 nm without contradicting themselves elsewhere. Gardco is the only manufacturer here that publishes both a dominant wavelength (596 nm) and a peak (601 nm). For anything else on a Palm Beach job, ask me and I will get the dominant wavelength from the factory in writing before it goes on the schedule.
Why does one manufacturer show conflicting wavelengths?
Because that is what it publishes. FC Lighting states its amber spectrum four different ways across its own site — “Amber (590-600nm)” on the category page, “minimum 560nm wavelength” on four product pages, a 590 to 600 nm band on the spec sheets, and “AMBER (no light below 560nm wavelength)” on two of them. Kenall markets 590 nm but its compliance sentence retreats to greater than 560 nm. Both are shown as published rather than resolved in the manufacturer’s favour.
Does an amber lamp on its own get the job approved?
No. FWC applies three tests — low, long, shielded. Only 4 of 41 models publish a maximum mounting height and only 8 publish a shielding or cutoff statement, so the other two tests are settled on your drawing, not in the catalogue. A compliant lamp mounted high and unshielded in view of the dune still fails.
What does “not published” mean in the table?
Exactly that: the figure does not appear in any live manufacturer document I could reach. It has not been estimated, and it has not been carried across from the white-light version of the same fixture — which matters, because the amber version of a downlight can have a different CRI, lumen output and driver than the white one sharing its catalogue page.
Can you get the missing values?
Usually, yes. Send me the fixture and the jurisdiction and I will go to the factory for the dominant wavelength, the shielding statement and whatever the reviewer needs in writing, for the exact catalogue number you are scheduling.
