How to use these

Start with the fixture type, not the brand

Most people land here with a fixture type in mind - a downlight, a track head, an area light, a linear pendant - so the pages are grouped that way below. If you already know the brand, the full SESCO line card lists all 163 lines I can quote, and browse by category works from the application end. If what you need is not on a page yet, send me the project anyway - the page not existing says nothing about whether I carry the line.

Every page follows the same shape: what the family is, the published performance table, optics and controls, the Florida section, where I specify it, and the spec sheets to download. Manufacturer claims are attributed to the manufacturer.

Are these all the lines you carry?

No. These are the lines with a full product page written. I quote 163 lines through SESCO Lighting - the line card lists all of them. If a line is not on this page, ask anyway.

Where do the numbers on these pages come from?

The manufacturer’s own spec sheets and product pages, and nowhere else. Where a figure is not published - a lead time, a warranty term, a certification status - the page says it is not published rather than guessing. Spec sheets are linked on every page so you can check.

Do you sell these fixtures?

No. I am the manufacturer’s representative for these lines in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Monroe. I detail the job, run the photometrics, quote through the distributor of your choice and handle submittals and site issues.

Can you do a photometric layout?

Yes. Send me the site plan or the floor plan with ceiling heights and I will run the layout and give you the calculation with the fixture schedule. Send me the project and I will come back with a layout.

Which counties do you cover?

Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, plus Monroe. If your project is elsewhere in Florida I can point you at the right SESCO office - the rep directory lists them.
